Adjusting your Teams Audio Settings

1. Click on the little gear icon either before joining the meeting or during a meeting.

2. Next, select your speaker and microphone that you will be using for the meeting.

3. Finally, check that the device is selected on your computer and is not muted or else nothing will be heard even if selected in Teams.

Sharing your Screen on Teams

1. Once in a meeting, you can share your screen by clicking "Share" on the top navigation menu.

• Selecting a window under "Screen" will display everything that is moved to that screen
• Selecting a "Window" allows you to only display a certain application window despite having something else on the same screen

2. If done successfully, you should see a red border around the screen that is being displayed as well as some text saying "You're sharing your screen" on the top of the screen.
