1	Transfer	Transfers a call to another party.
2	Hold	Places a call on hold or resumes a held call.
3	Message	Accesses voice mails.
4	Volume	Adjusts the volume of the handset, headset and speaker.
5	Headset	Toggles and indicates the headset mode. The key LED glows green when headset mode is activated.
6	Mute	Toggles and indicates mute feature. The key LED glows red when the call is muted.
7	Redial	Redials a previously dialed number.
8	Speakerphone	Toggles and indicates the hands-free (speaker) mode. The key LED glows green when the hands-free (speaker) mode is activated.

Item	Description
History	View call history.
Forward	Enable Call Forwarding to Mobile Device while away from the phone. (Has to be setup)
DND	Sets phone to Do Not Disturb.
Directory	View directory. (Company Directory is stored here)
Speed Dial	Press and hold an empty grey box on either the left or right side. For Type select Speed dial. Then you can add your own contact or select a contact with the orange icon next to “Label”
